フルーティストの夢を抱き専門学校に通っていたが、国立楽団に内定した直後に中退、家を飛び出して海緑の町に辿り着いた。高い身分を示すシルバーリングを持っている。

Chieko

She attended a vocational school with the dream of becoming a flute player, but dropped out shortly after being appointed to the National Orchestra. Then I left home and arrived at the green ocean town. she has a silver ring that shows high status.

廃港通りのギタリスト。オーディエンスと一切関わることなく、演奏中も顔を伏せている。国の政治に関心が強く、「BORDER」の2階でレディオを聞いている。

Kilisuke / Kilis

Guitarist on the abandoned port street. Without any involvement with the audience, he is face down during the performance. He is very interested in national politics and listens to radio on the second floor of “BORDER”.

雑貨屋「BORDER」の店主。廃港通りの連中をなんとなくまとめている、キリ助の世話をしているおじさん。大昔は憲兵楽団に在籍していた音楽家。現在は演奏を辞めたものの、楽器がフルセットになってしまった。

Rottoku

The owner of the general store "BORDER". An uncle who is taking care of Kilis assistant who manages the abandoned streets. A musician who was enrolled in the Army Orchestra long ago. Although he quit playing now, the instrument became a full set.

元憲兵の労働者。六徳に次ぐ廃港通りの古株。お嬢お嬢と知恵子を可愛がってくれるおじさん＆おにいさん。どちらも下層出身の元憲兵で、それぞれ別々の時期に廃港通りへ逃れてきた。

Kusha and Bujin

Former military worker. An old stock on the Abandoned port after Rottoku. Middle man and guy who be cute her daughter and Chieko.

立世党の党首。社会的弱者の目線で政治を行い、福祉を重視した政策を次々と打ち出している、国民の支持率が高い議員。リダンの危険性を認めた上で、有能なリダンを労働力として活用する法案の可決に力を注いでいる。

Shikichi

国家元首一族。栄師は議長、零師は新理党の党首を務め、親子仲が悪い。議会中にマウントを取り合おうとする場面もしばしば見受けられる。

Kazumina

A lagislater who serves as an executive of the Rissei Party as the right arm of Shikichi. He encounters Largo's surprise attack and becomes heavy injury.

20年近くカズミナに仕えて来た非常に大人しい品種のリダンで、数年ほど前から所有権が司木地に譲渡されている。優れた音楽家でもあり、憲兵楽団の指導を行う。ある日突然カズミナを襲撃し、司木地の法案を頓挫させてしまった。

Largo
